Welcome to your favorite soup bar in Ghent! From our terrace you can look out over the historic Sint-Niklaaskerk while enjoying heartwarming treats.
We make our soup fresh daily, adapted to the seasons with surprising herb combinations and a big portion of love. Every week we offer 6 different recipes, from classics to our signature soups. Discover them in our bar, or take a bowl with you for on the go!
We also serve companies , with soups, sandwiches and salads.

*On Mondays only take-away (soups) is possible. From 11am to 4pm.

At SOUP'R you can taste the passion of a small-scale family business. Our flavours change with the seasons: in the summer we conjure up refreshing salads on your plate, combined with lighter soups. In the autumn and winter we warm you up with delicious soup.
Every day we cook fresh soup in a traditional way, without thickeners and with an abundance of fresh vegetables. The result? A bowl full of taste and healthy nutrients!
